Dungyle, a green hill (600 feet) in Kelton parish, Kirkcudbrightshire, near the N base of the Screel, 3 ¼ miles S by E of Castle-Douglas. An ancient Caledonian circular hill-fort on it has three ramparts of stones ixed with earth, and measures 117 paces in diameter.
