Geldie Burn, a trout and salmon stream of Crathie and Braemar parish, SW Aberdeenshire, rising, at an altitude of 2300 feet above sea-level, 9 furlongs SE of the meeting-point of Aberdeen, Perth, and Inverness shires, and running 8½ miles northward and eastward, till, after a total descent of 982 feet, it falls into the Dee at a point 3 miles WSW of the Linn of Dee.
