Glenample, a glen in Balquhidder parish, Perthshire, traversed by the Burn of Ample, which, rising at an altitude of 1050 feet above sea-level, runs 5 miles north by-eastward till, ½ mile below its beautiful cascade and 1¾ ESE of Lochearnhead, it falls into Loch Earn (306 feet) in the grounds of Edinample.Ord. Sur., sh. 46, 1872.
