Glen Burn, a rivulet of Newabbey parish, Kirkcudbrightshire, rising on the W shoulder of Criffel at an altitude of 1500 feet, and running 3 ¼ miles north-north-eastward, past Carsegowan, till, after a descent of 1350 feet, it falls into Newabbey Pow in the western vicinity of Newabbey village.Ord. Sur., sh. 5, 1857.
