Descriptive Gazetteer Entry for Glenochil

Glenochil, a celebrated distillery in Logie parish, Clackmannanshire, near Menstrie and Glenochil station on the Alva branch of the North British, 1½ mile WSW of Alva. It was founded, under the name of the ' Dolls,' in 1760.
