Goldberry, a precipitous seaward hill (456 feet) in West Kilbride parish, Ayrshire, 9 furlongs N by E of Farland Head. Tradition says that a detachment of Haco's Norwegian army, in 1263, was attacked and routed here by a body of Scotch under Sir Robert Boyd.Ord. Sur., sh. 21, 1870.
