Ravenstone, a fine old mansion, with well-wooded policies, in Glasserton parish, SE Wigtownshire, on rising ground, 5 miles NW of Whithorn. It is the Scotch seat of Lord Borthwick.—Ord. Sur., sh. 4, 1857.
