Descriptive Gazetteer Entry for Sandsound Voe

Sandsound Voe, an elongated narrow bay or sea-loch in Sandsting parish, Shetland. It opens at the extremity of the N side of Scalloway Bay, strikes 5½ miles north-north-westward, and is all narrow and winding.
