Taynuilt, a hamlet in Muckairn parish, Argyllshire, near the southern shore of Loch Etive, with a station on the Callander and Obau railway, 15½ miles E by N of Oban. It has an inn and a post office, with money order, savings' bank, and telegraph departments.
