Hughenden (or Hitchendon), par. and vil., S. Bucks, 1 mile N. of Wycombe, 5828 ac., pop. 1803; Hughenden Manor was the seat of Benjamin Disraeli (1805-1881), Earl of Beaconsfield, whose tomb is in the church of St Michael and All Angels, which contains many interesting memorials of his lordship, one of the chief of these being a beautiful statue erected to his memory by Queen Victoria.
