Dudley Canal, in cos. of Worcester, Warwick, and Stafford; extends from Birmingham and Worcester Canal near Selly Oak to Tipton Green, and thence to Birmingham Canal; rises 31 ft., falls 13, and is 13 miles long; a branch from Dudley Woodside to Stourbridge Canal falls 85 ft., and has 9 locks.
