Glenluce, vil., with ry. sta., Old Luce par., Wigtown, 8¾ m. SE. of Stranraer, and 14¾ SW. of Newton-Stewart, pop. 901; P.O., T.O., 1 Bank; 1½ mile NW., on Luce Water, are the ruins of Glenluce Abbey (1190).
