Moy.* - small market town with ry. sta. (Moy and Trew), Clonfeacle par., SE. co. Tyrone, on river Black-water, opposite Charlemont, 5 ½ miles SE. of Dungannon and 6 ½ miles N. of Armagh, pop. 579; P.O., T.O., 2 Banks. Market-day, Friday. The town, which is neat and well built, is situated 2 miles S. of the sta., on the property of the Earl of Charlemont. There are 2 quays on the river, which is navigable from Lough Neagh for lighters of 60 tons burden; and a considerable trade in agricultural produce, building materials, coal, yarn, &c., is carried on.
