Descriptive Gazetteer Entry for Ogwen

Ogwen, river, Carnarvonshire; issues from Llyn Ogwen, and flows 10 miles NW. through Nant Ffrancon to the Menai Strait at Bangor; at the head of Nant Ffrancon are the Falls of Ogwen, a broken series of cataracts.
