Ormes Head, Great, bold promontory, on N. coast of Carnarvonshire, on E. side of Beaumaris Bay, 3½ miles N. of Conway; has lighthouse with fixed light 325 ft. above high water and seen 24 miles; 4 miles SE. is the promontory of Little Ormes Head.
