Longwood, township and ry. sta., Huddersfield par., S. div. West-Riding Yorkshire, on SW. side and partly in bor. of Huddersfield, 1334 ac. (21 water), pop. 4661; P.O., T.O., and P.O. at Longwood Edge; the reservoirs of the Huddersfield waterworks are here. Longwood is a local government district.
