HOLLOWAY, a village in Dethwick chapelry, Ashover parish, Derby; on a bold acclivity, near the Cromford canal, 3¼ miles NE of Wirksworth. It has a postoffice under Matlock, and chapels, of recent erection, for Wesleyans and Primitive Methodists.
