It contains the hamlets of Cwmmwr, Fedw, and Llan; and its post town is Llanfyllin, under Oswestry. Acres, 4, 000. Real property, £1, 376. Pop., 295. Houses, 56. The property is much subdivided. Much of the surface is upland. There are some ancient earthworks. The living is a rectory in the diocese of St. Asaph. Value, £135. * Patron, the Bishop of St. Asaph. The church is tolerable.
