COURT-AT-STREET, a hamlet in Lympne parish, Kent; on the Roman road from Lympne to Pevensey, in the south-western vicinity of Hythe. It has traditions of ancient greatness; and was the scene of the imposture of the "Holy Maid of Kent. "
