STRAWBERRY HILL, a seat in Twickenham parish, Middlesex; on the river Thames, 2¼ miles NNW of Kingston. It was occupied byCibber, Bishop Talbot, and the Duke of Chandos; was rebuilt, in castellated Gothic style, by Horace Walpole; and passed to Mrs. Damer, and Earl Waldegrave.
