Cample, a rivulet of Morton and Closeburn parishes, Dumfriesshire. It rises on Wed der Law (2185 feet) at the boundary between Morton and Lanarkshire; runs 8 miles southward and west-south-westward, chiefly on the boundary between Morton and Closeburn; and falls into the Nith, 1¼ mile SW of Thornhill. It is an excellent trouting stream.
