Carfrae-Mill, a hamlet, with an inn, in Channelkirk parish, Berwickshire, 5½ miles NNW of Lander. The fishings of the head-streams of the Leader lie around it; and numerous Caledonian camps and other antiquities are in its neighbourhood.
