M. Ensor, Esq. R. Hall is the seat of Major Longley. The Flegg workhouse is here. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Norwich. Value, £642.* Patron, B. P. Nunes, Esq. The church is old but good, and has anoctagonal tower. There are a national school, and charities £19. T. Goodwin, the chaplain of Cromwell, was a native.
