KILPIN, a township in Howden parish, E. R. Yorkshire; on the river Ouse, 2 miles SE by E of Howden. Acres, 836. Real property, £1, 888. Pop. in 1851, 385; in 1861, 476. Houses, 100. Lime-burning and the manufacture of agricultural chemicals are carried on.
