SCREMBY, a parish in Spilsby district, Lincoln; 2½ miles W N W of Burgh r. station, and 3 E N E of Spilsby. Post-town, Spilsby. Acres, 1, 324. Real property, £2, 484 Pop., 184. Houses, 41. S. manor, with S. Hall, belongs to the Rev. H. Brackenbury; and Grebby manor, to W. Hoff, Esq. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Lincoln. Value, £256. Patron, the Rev. H. Brackenbury. The church is good; and there .are a Wesleyan chapel, and charities £6.
