Kirkmichael.-- par. and vil., Carrick dist., Ayrshire--par., 15,930 ac., pop. 1989; vil., on Dyrock Burn, 3 miles E. of Maybole, pop. 343; P.O.; in S. vicinity of vil. is Kirkmichael House, seat.
