In 1870-72, John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales described Lenchwick like this:
LENCHWICK, a tything in Norton parish, Worcester; 2½ miles N of Evesham. Pop., 162. This tything was formerly a separate parish: and it still ranks as a vicarage, annexed to the vicarage of Norton, in the diocese of Worcester.
Lenchwick is now part of WYCHAVON District. Click here for graphs and data of how WYCHAVON has changed over two centuries. For statistics about Lenchwick itself, go to Statistics.
