HUTTON-JOHN, a township in Greystoke parish, Cumberland; on the Dacre river, 2½ miles W of Dacre. Acres, 665. Real property, £485. Pop., 37. Houses, 7. Hutton-John Hall is a gloomy monastic looking edifice.
