LINSTEAD-PARVA, a parish, with a small village, in Blything district, Suffolk; 3½ miles W by N of Halesworth town and r. station. Post town, Halesworth. Acres, 554. Real property, £983. Pop., 227. Houses, 39. The manor and most of the land belong to Lord Huntingfield. The living is a p. curacy in the diocese of Norwich. Value, £78. Patron, the Rev. E. Hollond. There is a town estate, worth £9 a year.
