WOOLBEDING, a parish in Midhurst district, Sussex; 1 mile NW by W of Midhurst r. station. Post town, Midhurst. Acres, 2,253. Real property, £1,791. Pop., 338. Houses, 64. The manor, with W. house , belongs to the Hon. G. Ponsonby. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Chichester. Value, £250.* Patron, the Hon. Mrs. G. Ponsonby. The church is good.
