Other than that it was abolished to enlarge Widley, and must therefore have been adjacent, little information seems to exist about Wallesworth. However, the 1870 Ordnance Survey six inch map gives the names 'Wallesworth Hummock' and 'Wallesworth How' to two areas of wood about half a mile south of Hookheath Farm, so we use this location.
